HygieniGuard™ Barn & Pen Cleaner pairs high-performance surfactant technology with proprietary enzymes which emulsify feces, urine, grease, fat and excess feed. BPC1000 combines neutral-pH cleaning with an enzyme package that is capable of lifting surface and embedded soils, and begin breaking them down at the molecular level, as well as neutralize the odors eminating from them. BPC1000’s molecular degradation of fecal matter, complex sugars, fatty acids and proteins is achieved so efficiently that surfaces are cleaned and deodorized in one step without the use of harsh chemical cleaners. BPC1000 Cleaning Benefits:

Deodorizing Benefits:

Application
Cleaning:
Mix at the ratio of 1L of BPC1000 with 9L of fresh water. This will clean up to 100 square meters of surface area.
To improve cleaning efficiency:
- Remove solids before cleaning
- Increase contact time to improve performance
- For stubborn or heavily soiled areas, let product dry onto surface and pressure wash to rinse
- Use a brush or friction to achieve a deeper clean
Deodorizing:
For Severe Odor: Mix at the ratio of 1L of BPC1000 with 19 L of fresh water. This will deodorize up to 500 square meters.
For Mild Odor: Mix at the ratio of 1L of BPC1000 with 39 L of fresh water. This will deodorize up to 1000 square meters.
To improve deodorizing efficiency:
- Use a fine mist fogger
- Spray from above
- Treat odor source heavier; spray until moist.
