HygieniGuard™ Septic & Mound Treatment increases solids reduction in septic tanks and mounds to prevent drainfield backups. It maintains a healthy level of scum and sludge in septic tanks by digesting grease, food and feces.

HygieniGuard™ Septic & Mound Treatment utilizes biodegradable amino acid complex to emulsify grease, oil and organic binders, along with a natural blend of purified proteins to increase the activity and numbers of microbes present.

Usage Recommendations

Application Residential:

  • 2oz/week for systems under 1000 gal
  • 15ml for systems under 3800 L

Private Utility:

  • 8oz/week / 1000 gal
  • 65ml per week / 3800L.

Mix with 5 gal (19L) of lukewarm water and add to system at low flow periods or use a timed feed system.

Tank & Drainfield Opener:

  • 20oz / 150 sq ft
  • 150ml/45sq meters of drainfield area.

Mix with 10 gal OR 38L of lukewarm water and spray topically, then spray with water until soil is fully saturated.

For Optimum Results

  • Add product at night or at low usage times.
  • Mix with lukewarm water (105 – 115 F) or (40.55 – 46.1 C) when diluting
